Special Event Photography
Capturing the energy, artistry, and joy of your pole community.
From student showcases to full-blown pole productions, I specialize in photographing live dance events that celebrate your performers and everything they’ve worked for.
My goal is to capture authentic, powerful moments—whether it’s a dancer’s first time on stage or their tenth time blowing the roof off the studio.
I’ve had the privilege of working with studios across the Chicago area and would love to help document your next event.
HOW IT WOrKS
Event Coverage
I photograph each dancer during their individual performance, focusing on clean lines, expressive moments, and that undeniable stage presence. Depending on the flow of the event, I also try to capture group shots, behind-the-scenes energy, or crowd reactions to help tell the full story of the show.
Individual Performer Bookings
Booking is completed online through a dedicated website created specifically for your event. A booking link will be provided to the event host to share with performers.
Photography booking is completely optional — performers may choose whether or not they’d like to be photographed.
Pricing is $30 per performer, with a $300 minimum per show. If fewer than 10 performers book, the total event minimum will be divided among those who participate, and performers may be invoiced separately after the show for any remaining balance.
Coverage includes pre-show, on-stage performance, and post-show moments, as requested. Each performer can expect to receive approximately 30–50 edited images from their performance.
For individual bookings, payment is required prior to the start of the show, and performers must check in with me ahead of time (I won’t be chasing anyone down mid-show with a camera in one hand and a Venmo request in the other!).
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, credit cards, or cash.
Studio Covered Events
Studios may choose to cover photography for the entire event. Pricing is a $300 minimum per show, handled through a single invoice rather than individual performer bookings.
Coverage includes pre-show, on-stage performance, and post-show moments, as requested. Each performer can expect to receive approximately 30–50 edited images from their performance.
Payment is due according to the invoice terms, and your date is officially secured once the contract is completed. The invoice for the show is due anytime prior to the show date and can be split into multiple payments.
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Apple Pay, credit cards, or cash.
Gallery Delivery & AccESS
After each event, all edited images are delivered via a private online gallery, organized by performer.
- For individual performer bookings, performers receive the gallery link directly so they can access their images.
- For studio-covered events, the gallery link is sent only to the studio owner or show producer, who can then share access with performers as desired.
Each performer can expect to receive approximately 30–50 edited images from their performance. Galleries are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of the event, making it easy to view, download, and share images from the show.
